Week Ten League Recap

College Heights 2-for-1 Pizza came out of the Easter Off-week flying last night as they cruised to a dominant victory over what appeared to be a short-winded AK Steel Detailing Knighthawks team. Good performances as of late have put the Knighthawks in 3rd place in the division, but that recent spark seemed to be missing in the 11-1 loss. College Heights are coming off a 1 and 1 decision split in their last two games, but are still challenging for 1st place (and the preferable playoff matchup) as we quickly approach the post-season.

The Red Raiders, fresh off the Easter break (and with most of their roster back from illness) iced a significantly improved team and compete level in last night's game versus the league-leading Honey Badgers, though ultimately losing the decision 5-2. Defenceman Brendan Boylan netted the game winner for the Badgers, as they held off a strong push-back in the second half on goals from Adam Kelly and Daltin Matthews.
